The Zoo Story

The Zoo Story is a visual response to Edward Albee’s 1958 play about disconnection, identity, and the invisible cages of modern life. A seemingly simple encounter between two men on a park bench becomes something deeper. The tension on that bench—between structure and chaos, comfort and confrontation—echoes everywhere. These photographs hold the quiet moments where nothing is happening, and yet everything feels as if it’s about to break.
